2014 Accommodations, Roommates and Meals

All room and meal reservations must be made through the Blue Ridge Assembly.

Blue Ridge has chosen to provide only one package (for the whole 2 weeks).  If you are not staying for this whole period, you will need to contact them and let them know (contact information on the link below).

Please download the accommodations registration form, complete it and email it to Erin Lucas at: elucas@yblueridge.org.   There is a problem with the Blue Ridge credit card reader in that it will not accept non-US zip codes, so Erin will She process your non-US credit card manually, without billing information.  However, some companies will not the card to be processed without billing information.  Either check with your company first, or try it and see if it gets declined (Erin will let you know and make other arrangements).

Lodging           

 The retreat will take place in the Washburn Center.  We will be housed in several different buildings onsite, all of which are an easy walk to dining and conference room locations.  You will have options of which building in which to be housed, and how many in a room.

You may view photos of buildings and rooms by visiting the accommodations link below and selecting hotel style (Blue Ridge Center and Asheville Hall) or Family Lodges (Hibbard Hall and Barnhardt Lodge).

 Rollaway beds are available for an extra $10 per night per room.

 MEALS

             All meals will be prepared onsite.
The cost of meals is included in the cost of the rooms.

Meals will be vegetarian and seafood.  They will be served buffet style.   You will have the opportunity to declare your food sensitivities when you register with Blue Ridge.  

NOTES: BREAKFAST INCLUDES FRESH FRUIT, YOGURT, CEREAL, ORANGE JUICE, GRANOLA, MILK, SOY MILK & ALMOND MILK IN ADDITION TO DAILY BREAKFAST MENU

NOTES: ALL LUNCHES & DINNERS INCLUDE DELUXE SALAD BAR; MIXED GREENS, ASSORTED FRESH VEGGIES, CHEESE, EGGS, OLIVE OIL, ASSORTED VINEGARS AND A VARIETY OF SALAD DRESSINGS.  ON ANY GIVEN DAY HUMMUS, TUNA SALAD, EGG SALAD OR ANOTHER PROTEIN.
