Our Next Padmacahaya Reiki Tummo Workshops are scheduled for March 12-15, 2010.. They will be held at Heart House, 5 Covington St. West Asheville. (Heart House is one door off Haywood Road. It is two blocks west of the West Asheville library and two blocks east of the intersection of Haywood Road and Patton Ave.) There is so much to receive at these workshops, so come and begin or continue your spiritual heart journey!  We will be offering the following workshops: Reiki Tummo 1, Reiki Tummo 2, Reiki Tummo 3a, Meditation and Kundalini. Please join us for a heart opening experience.  A Reiki Tummo Master, will come to facilitate these workshops, beginning a blissful and joyous journey of healing and spiritual development.   We are looking forward to you joining us for these workshops.  About Reiki Tummo Workshop The Reiki Tummo workshops include all levels of traditional Usui Reiki. Additional aspects include awakening the spiritual heart and the Kundalini. The connection to the Earth and the awakening of the Kundalini provide a real boost to one's spiritual evolution and complement the traditional forms of Reiki in which the energies flow from above. Reiki Tummo itself is the first step of a more complete and advanced system of training called Shing Chi Master Yoga.  Workshop Schedules, prerequisites, and costs of each workshop are as follows. Existing alumni are welcomed to repeat the days for only $25. For those who will be attending any of the workshops for the first time, it is recommended to take both the Reiki Tummo 1 and 2 workshops the same weekend. If time permits it is extremely beneficial to take the Meditation and Kundalini workshops being offered on Monday. WORKSHOP SCHEDULE Workshop Date Time Pre-requisites Price Reiki Tummo 1 Saturday- March 13, 2010 8:45- 5pm   $100 Reiki Tummo 2 Sunday - March 14, 2010  9am - 5pm Reiki Tummo Level 1 $200 Reiki Tummo  3A Friday- March 12, 2010  9am - 5pm Reiki Tummo Level 2 $250 Meditation Monday - March 15, 2010 9am - 1pm Reiki Tummo Level 2 $160 Kundalini Monday - March 15, 2010 2pm - 6pm Reiki Tummo Level 2 $145 Confirmed deposit is due by January 31, 2010  Friday Reiki Tummo 3a workshop along with Shing Chi 8 attunement ($250) all day workshop 8:45 am-5:00 pm is offered for those who have already taken Reiki Tummo 1 & 2. Level 3A (Personal Mastery) Description:  During Level 3A, the previous attunements are enhanced, and the throat, navel, sacral and base chakras are opened. The kundalini fire reaches at least to the heart chakra. The Shing Chi (8th chakra) attunement is given as a bonus. Prerequisite: Reiki Tummo Level 2, and pass the evaluation. There is a minimum 21-day practice of self-healing/waiting period between receiving Level 2 and Level 3A.    Saturday Reiki Tummo 1 workshop  ($100) all day workshop 8:45 am-5:00 pm. Everyone who learns Reiki Tummo must start at Reiki Tummo Level 1, even if they have received previous attunements from other Reiki systems. Level 1 Description: The Level 1 attunement provides the instant capability to channel Reiki healing energy simply by the intention to do so, initial kundalini activation and preparation for the kundalini awakening in Level 2. The crown, heart and palm chakras are opened and the sushumna is cleansed. Connection is made to both divine and earth core energy.   Sunday Reiki Tummo 2 workshop ($200) all day workshop 8:45 am-5:00 pm   Level 2 Description: Level 2 enhances the ability to use Reiki-healing energy by means of Reiki symbols and kundalini awakening. The entire sushumna channel is safely and gently opened, with the kundalini fire reaching at least to the navel chakra. The previous energetic connections are refined, and the third eye chakra is opened to facilitate the sensing of subtle energies. Prerequisite: Reiki Tummo Level 1 and at least one practice of the self-healing technique.   Monday 1/2 day Meditation ($160) from 8:45 am-1:00 pm and 1/2 Kundalini Workshop ($145) from 2:00 pm-6:00 pm  Meditation Description:  Most problems in meditation are caused by a wandering mind. During the Meditation Workshop, the pineal gland is activated, allowing the mind to focus more effectively and reach a higher state of meditation. Only those who have been practicing meditation for at least ten years usually reach this level of focus.  Prerequisite: Reiki Tummo Level 2. Kundalini Description: The Kundalini Workshop gives the serious student some additional techniques to help to speed up the kundalini process. Prerequisite: Reiki Tummo Level 2. If you like, you can make your decision to take Meditation and Kundalini after completing Reiki Tummo 1 and 2 to see if this path resonates with you and calls to you to take it to the next level. Just let workshop coordinator know. Plan to bring a bag lunch and bring snacks and drinks in case you get the munchies. Dress comfortably and if you choose to sit on the floor you might like to bring a special pillow.
